Both UG and PG applications can be submitted online using the following log in and password

Important Information from HW: when filling in applications please put the student’s details (email and phone number), If you input your own email address it will interfere with your ability to login to the system. When you submit applications through the agent portal, it will automatically tag to your account; you will also receive notification emails when there is an update on the status of the application.
The application portal will ask for an agency code, please enter: "connect2counsellors"
STEPS TO FOLLOOW FOR HW DUBAI APPLICATIONS (Message from University July 26)
Application Submission
1. Apply through CRM portal and ensure that all documents marked with a red asterisk (*) are uploaded. Save the application number for future reference.
2. Offer Letter Turnaround Time - The turnaround time for issuing offer letters is 2 to 7 working days. ( priority offer on request is possible)
3. Portal Updates - Regularly check your application portal for updates. The Admissions Team will update the portal if any additional documents are required. The offer letter, once issued, will also be reflected on the portal. Always check the portal first for updates.
4. Delay in Offer Letter - If the offer letter is not issued within the stipulated turnaround time, please send an email to Shweta and Mohit with the student details requesting an update. You will receive a response within 24 to 48 hours after feedback is received from Dubai Admissions.

6. Making an Offer Unconditional - If you upload the required documents on the portal to make the offer unconditional, immediately inform Shweta and Mohit via email. Once informed, the offer status will be updated within 24 to 48 hours.

*Steps to Follow While Making Payment*
1. Initial Deposit - A 10% deposit must be paid to register at Heriot-Watt University Dubai Campus.
2. Payment Intimation Email - After the payment is made, please send an email to Shweta and Mohit informing them of the payment. Ensure the student’s offer letter is attached to the email. • Shweta – s.kurar@hw.ac.uk • Mohit –m.pharswan@hw.ac.uk
3. Bank Details & Payment Mode Bank details can be found at the link:https://www.hw.ac.uk/dubai/study/fees/fees.htm
Payment can be made either online or via bank transfer.
4. Sharing Payment Proof - Please email the payment transaction receipt along with the offer letter to Shweta and Mohit.
5. Official Payment Receipt from University - Once the amount is credited to the university’s account, the university will send an official payment receipt to the student via email. Please ask the student to regularly check their email (including spam/junk folder).
6. Payment Plan Issuance Along with the payment receipt - the university will also send a payment plan for the remaining instalments.
7. If Payment Plan Is Not Received - If the payment plan is not received, please email Shweta and Mohit requesting the same. Ensure that the updated offer letter is attached to the email.
8. Visa Process (September 2026 Intake) - The visa process will be handled by the university for the September 2026 intake. Visa processing is expected to start by the end of July (approximately). Please ensure that the required instalments are paid on time, as the university can initiate the visa process only after the necessary payments are received. The student will receive the visa-related documents once the university initiates the visa process.
MBA APPLICATION PROCESS
MBA programme application process, you’ll need to submit a separate application through the website. It won’t reflect on the CRM portal.
Once you’ve submitted the application, email the application details to dubaimba@hw.ac.uk and keep Shweta (s.kurar@hw.ac.uk) and Mohit (m.pharswan@hw.ac.uk) in loop.
While filling out the application, mention your agency details wherever required. Also, mention in your email that the application has been submitted through your agency.

OFFERS LETTERS SENT TO AGENTS
Offer letters will be uploaded onto the application portal and are not sent automatically to the student. If you submit an application please check the HW application portal DAILY. Decisions are quick. The student will receive an email to say check with your agent but it will not give them the decision.
SUMMARY OF TRAINING INTRO HELD ON 6 JANUARY 23
- Studying at the HW Dubai campus is 30% cheaper in tuition fees than HW UK
- The Dubai team can assist with all the visa counselling and support
- UG students can transfer to the UK campus at the end of 1,2 or 3 year and then qualify for the Graduate Route
- There is a foundation programme for UG students who do not meet the entry requirements. Would still need 50% in 12th std
- Estimated living costs for the year is US$ 3900 (in shared accommodation)
- PG students can work full time and study part time at the weekends. Average earnings are Rs 2.5/3 lakhs per month/£2500/3000
- There are UG scholarships for well qualified students up to 50%
- There are PG scholarships for well qualified students up to 15%
- Open school qualifications are accepted
- HND applicants can be considered for year 2
- 10+2+3 diploma holders can be considered for year 2
- There is a free PTE English test that students can do, lasts 50 minutes and is on line.
- There are students from African countries studying at HW Dubai.
- Open school qualifications from India will be considered on a case by case basis.

- ADEP Engineering -British GCE/IGCSE Three Bs + 2 Cs
