HOW TO APPLY
Both UG and PG applications can be submitted online using the following log in and password

Important Information from HW: when filling in applications please put the student’s details (email and phone number), If you input your own email address it will interfere with your ability to login to the system. When you submit applications through the agent portal, it will automatically tag to your account; you will also receive notification emails when there is an update on the status of the application.
The application portal will ask for an AGENCY CODE, please enter: "connect2counsellors"
APPLICATION PROCESS
To help make the application process as smooth as possible, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Application
Complete the online application form through the portal link
Step 2: Offer Letter
Upon a successful review of the application, you will receive a notification, and the offer can be downloaded from the application portal.
Step 3: Firmly Accept the Offer
Log in to your applicant portal and confirm your acceptance of the offer. This step secures your spot in the program.
Step 4: Meet Your Conditions
If any conditions are outlined in the offer letter, ensure the applicant meets them within the specified timeframe. This may include submitting additional documents or meeting certain academic and deposit requirements.
Step 5: Unconditional Offer
Once all conditions have been met, you will receive an unconditional offer letter, which can be downloaded from the application portal.
Step 6: Unconditional Firm Acceptance
Confirm your acceptance of the unconditional offer through the portal. Please note that the CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) link will be sent to the applicant only if the offer is an Unconditional Firm.
Step 7: Credibility Interview/Student Engagement
This interview is designed to ensure that the chosen course aligns with the student’s academic and career goals.
Step 8: CAS and Visa
We will assist you in obtaining your CAS, which is necessary for your student visa application. Please ensure you initiate the visa application process in a timely manner.
Turnaround Time for Applications
Our team is committed to processing applications within 3-4 business days from the date of submission. Please keep this timeframe in mind as you progress through the application process.

INSTALMENTS
6 instalments are offered. Students will need to give credit or debit card details to Finance when they arrive. Payments will be taken Oct to March for Sept intake students and Jan to June for mid year intake.

Contract advises that the commission invoice should be submitted and then the University will check to see that the student has joined and paid their tuition fee and then invoice will be processed. No date deadlines mentioned.

Greetings from Heriot watt University.
This is to inform you that students who got there offers issued before 30th JUNE, the final deadline for them to secure their seat is 5th JULY.
We would like to inform you the steps to follow to secure the seat
STEP 1-----Conditional offer issued
STEP 2------Firmly accept the offer
STEP 3------Meet the academic conditions if any ( Degree/Ielts) – please see attached documents required to meet the English requirement or the waiver options
STEP 4 ---- If you have only deposit condition to meet- Please pay 4000 GBP ( advanced deposit fee) to get the unconditional issued
STEP 5-----If your result is still awaited and have put as a condition in your offer- You can pay only 1000 GBP to secure your seat and remaining can be paid once you meet the academic condition later.
STEP 6----- If you have English condition to meet – please see attached documents ( how to get the IELTS waiver)- You can also pay only 1000 GBP to secure your seat and remaining can be paid once you meet the academic condition later.
Refund policy:- Student will be eligible for a refund if they are unable to study with us for verifiable reasons out with their control. Such reasons would include their visa application was turned down, they failed to meet their academic condition, they failed to progress from PSE or they failed a credibility interview. The reason would need to be documented and would be at the discretion of the university.
Note:- Please upload your MOI/MOC/IELTS/PTE to the portal followed by emailing me with the offer letter attached along with MOI/MOC/IELTS/PTE . Will help you to get the revised offer issued on priority
