The system allows agents and representatives to apply online on behalf of students, and enables staff to process applications swiftly, and you can track your applications with ease. The system is live and available through our website .

Please read the AY Agents Guide March 2015 PDF document that is in the upload document section.  This will show you how you submit an application to the University.

INFORMATION FOR PG APPLICANTS (message from University March 24)

We have written to all Postgraduate Taught offer holders explaining how they can accept their offer and pay their deposits through a new conversion campaign called Secure Your Place, but we thought it would be useful for you to have these instructions too.

The 3-stage process, detailed below, is very straight forward and the main advantage of applicants securing their place as soon as possible is that they will be added to our priority CAS list - meaning we can issue them with their CAS from April onwards.

    1. How to accept an offer

Please direct any applicant to use the Postgraduate Application Tracker to confirm they will accept their offer or, alternatively, if they wish to decline the offer.

If an applicant is holding more than one offer, they will only be able to accept one.

Even if they have not met all conditions of their offer yet, they can still accept their offer.

    2. Deposit Payments

All international applicants for Postgraduate Taught study are required to pay a tuition fee deposit to confirm their intention to study at the University. This deposit amount is £2,000 and will be deducted from the student’s tuition fee when they register with us in September. The deposit payment is also required before we can issue the student with a CAS.

We encourage students to make their deposit payment as soon as possible to confirm their intention to study.

The University's approved payment provider is CIBC. Students should make their deposit payment via the CIBC payment portal. Students will need their Student Reference Number, which can be found at the top of their offer email. See our deposit webpage for further details about the tuition fee deposit scheme and payment FAQs.

    3. Outstanding conditions

Once you have evidence that the applicant has met the conditions noted in their offer, please upload the appropriate documents to our Postgraduate Application Tracker. Once the applicant has met all the conditions of their offer, we will update the offer and provide the applicant and your agency with an unconditional offer email. As only applicants have access to the Postgraduate Application Tracker, if you wish to submit documents on their behalf, please email PGOSI@liverpool.ac.uk.

We are delighted to announce that The University of Liverpool will pay for the £1,750 hotel quarantine cost for each new, self-financing student travelling from a home address in a red-list country. This will be paid through a tuition fee reduction following registration. Eligibility criteria Students must be commencing their Undergraduate or Postgraduate taught, studies at the University in the 2021/22 academic year. Students home address must have been on the UK Government red-list on or before the 21 June 2021 and have remained on the list until 1 September 2021. Tuition fee reductions will only be available for self-financing students. The fee reduction does not apply to students in receipt of a full sponsorship (I.e., when fees are paid in full by a third party) from their Government, Ministry or Embassy; public and private organisations and non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs). Support for quarantining only covers those costs incurred for new students, not any family members who may be travelling with them. Our offer may be subject to change if the UK government changes its travel policy and associated costs, and if alternatives to managed quarantine are available. Processing your tuition fee reduction Students will be able to apply for a fee reduction once they have arrived and registered at the University. This does not impact any scholarships the student might already be in receipt of. Full details regarding this fee reduction will be available and added to our webpages within the next few weeks.

I hope this email finds you well.

In light of the uncertainties and delays with final result declarations, transcript issuances, and UKVI Visa delays in India, the University of Liverpool has taken the decision to offer a four-week grace period to arrive on campus. This applies to any and all students whose latest study has been within the India education system. While we would still strongly encourage students to arrive as close to the start of term as possible (Monday, 26th September 2022), the latest arrival and start date will be Monday, 24 October 2022Please note, no further extension will be given beyond this date.

Students should also be made aware that teaching in the first four weeks of term is intensive, so while recorded lectures and other course materials may be made available, should they miss four weeks of in-person teaching they will need to be prepared to take steps to catch up when they arrive.

We hope this offers reassurance to all. Please know this is an extremely busy period for us and hence we will not be able to respond to individual counsellor/ applicant queries regarding latest start dates. Hence, I would really appreciate if this message can be circulated amongst all your counsellors at the earliest.

The students also need not request us individual extensions, our admissions team will ensure everything is updated to inform the UKVI.

We thank you for your continued support and patience during this period.
