About 25 students who enrolled for September 2020 and January 2021 have not paid their fees even after 1 year and the University had no other option than withdrawing the CAS for all 25 students. It's been 9 months and about 80 plus students who enrolled for May 2021 with 75% deposit have not paid their balance fee and I am not sure when the University will withdraw their CAS. Students are coming to the UK believing that they could pay the balance fee by working in the UK which is not realistically possible and some of our associates are also giving false information to students that they could pay the balance fee any time by working in the UK. The University has decided to give a 2000 GBP scholarship for students who pay the full fees before CAS. Students who would like to pay 75% fee will get a 500 GBP scholarship and the balance 25% fee has to be paid within 4 months. The University has confirmed that students opting 75% fee will not be asked for 100% fee after the credibility interview. However, during the credibility interview they have to mention whether they would pay 75% or 100% before CAS as it is recorded. Also, students paying 75% fee should explain how they are going to show evidence for the balance 25% fee and maintenance cost. Please find attached the 2022 tuition fee & scholarship details for your perusal. DEADLINE DATES FOR JUNE AND SEPT 22 June MBA Intake (Monday 27th June 2022) Application deadline - Wednesday, 27th April 2022 £1000 deposit deadline - Monday, 2nd May 2022 Final Document deadline - Monday 9th May 2022 Credibility interview deadline - Monday 9th May 2022 Pay final course fees Friday,13th May 2022 September 2022 Intake (Monday 19th September 2022) Application deadline Wednesday, 27th July 2022 £1000 deposit deadline Monday, 1st August 2022 Financial documents deadline Monday, 8th August 2022 Credibility interview deadline - Monday, 8th August 2022 Date to pay final fees - Friday,12th August 2022 UPDATE FROM THE UNIVERSITY 2 MAY 2022 Regarding offer letters: Please find attached the document checklist and entry requirements for all courses and please upload all the required documents in the Centurus so that offer letter could be issued within 48 hours. Please do not upload if any documents are missing as it would delay the process If incase any documents are missing or any documents have to be corrected then we will update you via "Notes" column in the Centurus and please frequently check the notes column in the centurus for each applicant and please upload the pending documents as per the note and make sure you reply in the Centurus notes that the pending documents are uploaded. Only when you reply in the Centurus notes confirming the pending documents are uploaded, we will receive a message in our inbox so that we could go back to that application and then submit those applications. Regarding IELTS Waiver: As you all are aware the IELTS waiver is applicable for students who have graduated within the last 5 years. However, for the upcoming September 2022 intake, the University admissions team has decided to waive the IELTS for students who have graduated on or after 2017 which means students who have graduated in April 2017 or May 2017 would also be eligible for IELTS waiver. Regarding Gap: Admission would be considered only for students who have graduated within the last 10 years which means students should have graduated on or after 2012 for this Sept 2022 Regarding Consent form: All students who have received the unconditional offer letter and are ready for screening should upload the consent form in the centurus. Screening will be scheduled only for students who have signed the consent form and uploaded it in the Centurus. Regarding screening process: Please find attached the screening excel sheet for your reference Please fill this form and send it to wgu.casdocs@gmail.com so that we could schedule the screening process for those students Please do not wait until the last moment and please start sending the students list for screening immediately after receiving the unconditional offer letter and if the student is ready to pay the initial deposit Please find attached the FAQ which all students have to go through before attending the screening process. Normally we don't reject any students during the screening process and in very rare cases if a student is not able to speak in English then we would reject during the screening process The Screening process is done by the India office and students who are selected in the screening have just cleared the pre screening and eligible to pay the initial deposit and eligible to attend the credibility interview. Students cleared the screening does not mean that they will receive the CAS as each student has to prepare and answer properly during the credibility interview and the credibility team will be the final decision maker. Regarding initial tuition fee deposit: All students who have cleared the screening process should pay the initial tuition fee deposit of 1000 GBP in order for us to schedule them for a credibility interview. Initial deposit should be paid only by students who have received the unconditional offer letter. Students who have received the conditional offer letter are not supposed to pay the initial deposit. Regarding CAS documents: All students have to upload the undertaking letter (attached with this email), financial documents and TB report before the deadline Regarding Credibility interview: All students who have paid the initial tuition fee deposit before the deadline will be scheduled for credibility interview Please do not pay the balance tuition fee before the credibility interview. Once the credibility interview results are published then the students who have passed the credibility interview should pay the balance tuition fee. Please inform all your students that during the credibility interview, if they are planning to pay 75 % of the tuition fees then they will be getting only GBP 500 scholarship and they have to inform the truth to the interviewer that they planning to pay the 75 % of the total tuition fees ( only with GBP 500 scholarship) this will not impact the credibility interview decision . If a student is willing to pay 100% fee before CAS then they could inform the credibility interview that they are ready for 100% fees. If a student is stating that he will pay 100% fees during the credibility interview and then if he pays 75% then it will create a doubt about his gebunity and there is a possibility for not issuing the CAS with 75% based on the interview because all credibility are recorded. Hence please inform the student to tell the truth during the credibility interview. If a student is married and planning to bring their dependants along with them or later could tell the truth during the credibility interview as it will not impact on the credibility result. There will be an issue only when a student lie to the credibility interviewer that they are not planning to bring the dependant along with them. If a student says that they will not take dependants during the credibility interview then the interviewer will put a not in the centurus to upload the letter confirming that they will not bring the dependant along with them .hence please inform the students to tell the truth to the credibility interviewer if they are planning to bring the dependants Please find attached the September 2022 intake course list with the tuition fee structure, entry criteria and discount details for your reference

It is very unfortunate and disappointing to see that we are still receiving SOPs with the same pattern or written for 3 or 4 pages etc.... Also the other documents received are not meeting our requirements. I think most of our associates have not instructed or forwarded the entry requirements and document checklist to your team members. We are receiving more than 100 applications a day and we could process the offer letters quickly within 2 days only if the documents are complete and as per our requirements. Please Note: University admissions team has clearly informed us that each applicant could be allowed to submit SOP only once and it should be as per the University requirements. If in case the SOP submitted doesn`t meet our requirements then we will not be able to ask you to upload the SOP again like what we did in the past and we will be forced to reject the application and you have to re-upload the entire documents with the updated SOP as a fresh application. I am resending the requirements once again and please read the information carefully before submitting the applications. SOP Requirements: - If the SOPs are not submitted as per the below requirements, then the application will be rejected and you have to reupload all the documents as a fresh application Student full name, course name and intake preferred has to be mentioned on the top of the SOP. Should not exceed more than 2 pages (1 page or 1 & 1/2 page is the actual requirement) No plagiarism is accepted and it has to be written by the student on his own without copying from other students’ sources Agents should not use the same format or pattern to all students by changing the name, course etc... Students should write about their educational qualification and work experience, why they want to study in the UK, Why MBA or MSc, why they choose Wrexham Glyndwr University, what benefits they would get after completing the course. Students should mention that they are aware about the location of the University and they will live nearby the campus If a student is selecting Pre-Masters, then they should mention why they would like to study Pre-Master followed by Masters. LOR Requirements: One LOR is required and it has to be from the University or College. Letterhead The letter should be dated and the date should not be more than 6 months College seal and signature of the referee Email id or contact details of the referee should be mentioned All students from a particular agent should not have the same pattern of LOR Students who have completed degree before 5 years and not able to provide LOR from academics could submit LOR from the employer Passport Requirements: Please upload the high-resolution image of applicant’s passport in pdf as we would be using the image for identifying face match during credibility interview Work experience: Students completed graduation before 6 months should submit the experience letter If they have not worked for 1 year or so then they have to write a letter explaining the reason for the gap Experience letter should be on company letter head with date, duration of work, seal and signature with contact details Final Degree certificate: Provisional degree certificate will be accepted only for students who have completed graduation in the last 1 year Students graduated before 1 year should submit the final degree certificate Contact details: Please contact Mr Ramesh at +91-9940669931 for any queries related to offer letters for Pre-Masters followed by MBA/MSc.
