CREDIBILITY INTERVIEWS
Pre-CAS Interviews - Message from University May 24
As you will be aware, we faced many challenges and delays in VISA processing for students coming to the UK in our January 24 intake. In order to best prepare for the coming intake, and to do our best to ensure more students are able to arrive on time, we have introduced pre-CAS interview preparation sessions for all of our applicants from India.
Applicants will hear from the CAS team directly with an invitation to their pre-CAS interview.
Please assure your applicants that this is nothing to worry about, and is an additional supportive step in the hope that our applicants can be best prepared for their credibility interviews with the UKVI. Applicants can find information on how to prepare for these here: https://www.gcu.ac.uk/currentstudents/support/international/credibilityinterviews
DIRECT APPLICANTS
We have streamlined the process around tagging students to agents post-application. Agents should adhere to the process as follows:
- Students should send an agent appointment email to international@gcu.ac.ukand admissions@gcu.ac.uk confirming they wish to use the agent services
- GCU will acknowledge this email and until a reply is received confirming your agency has been tagged you will not receive updates on the student and will not be able to claim commission should they enrol.
AGENT SWITCHING
GCU do not accept agent switching.
