An important note about minimum age
We will only collect information from people under the age of 18 if they are accompanied by parents to an Education Counselling session.
Automated Information Collection
Automatically our web server recognises the domain name and email address of each user of this website. We collect IP addresses as well as details of your browser type so we can deal with service problems we may also use it to deal with issues arising from breach of our terms and conditions.
The personal data we collect about you
When you access and browse the Services (including when you submit personal data to us through data entry fields on the Services or to your Education Counsellor), we may collect the following information from you:
1 Your name;
2 Your age and date of birth
3 Your postal address;
4 Your phone and e-mail details;
5 Your academic qualifications and any other personal or financial data that you choose to give to your Education Counsellor to support an application for a course of study and a student visa.
In addition, we may collect anonymised details about visitors to our Services for the purposes of aggregate statistics or reporting purposes. However, no single individual will be identifiable from the anonymised details that we collect for these purposes.
Your personal data
You are advised to only give the personal data required to support your application for a course or study or support your application for a student visa to study in an overseas country.

We (or third party data processors acting on our behalf) may collect, store and use your personal data listed above for the following purposes:
1 to make the Services available to you and to provide you with content which is tailored to your individual tastes;
2 to further develop and improve the Services;
