We are delighted to introduce our INTERNATIONAL BURSARY AWARD exclusively to support conversion for Postgraduate Indian PG students in INDIA
Kindly note, this scheme will only run from 1st May 2023 to 31st May 2023.

How to be considered
Applicants need to hold an offer of a place to study on a postgraduate course starting in September 2023. Applicants will be required to pay the course deposit of £5,000 between the dates specified above. Details on how to make the deposit payment can be found within the original offer.
Students are required to inform the relevant Regional Manager once they have made their deposit payment by submitting a copy of the receipt to india@brunel.ac.uk with the subject of the email ‘International Bursary Award “ and quote their application ID number. Once we are satisfied that the applicant meets the criteria, we will contact finance and ask them to apply the discount.
1. Scholarship Details:
- Postgraduate: as a tuition fee reduction applied to the first year of study only.
- Application process: There is no separate application, applicants will be identified and considered by the International Recruitment Team. Students are required to inform the relevant Regional Manager once they have made their deposit payment by submitting a copy of the receipt.
2. Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
• Must be classed as an Overseas fee-paying student based on the UK government regulations and be self-funded (not sponsored).
• Must have an offer to study on a full time postgraduate taught programme starting in September 2023.
• All applicants must meet all conditions of their offer by the time they are due to register at Brunel. Candidates must pay their £5,000 tuition fee deposit within the deadline to secure their fee reduction.
Those not eligible for these Scholarships:
• Applicants NOT classed as Overseas for fees purposes, based on the UK government regulations or those with an unresolved fee status. For 2023/24 entry, this includes applicants classed as European by Brunel University London who are already in receipt of reduced fees, so are not eligible for this scholarship.
• Applicants who are not fully self-funded and are being sponsored by a Government or external body.
• The award is not available to Postgraduate Research applicants (i.e. PhD, MPhil)
• Applicants selected for a College Specific Scholarship’s for International students will not be considered for this award.
• Applicants holding an offer of an International Excellence Scholarship, or any other Brunel Award will not be considered for this fee reduction.
• Applicants who will NOT commence their course in September 2023, this includes deferred entry month and year.
• Applicants entering a course with Brunel Pathway College (BPC) or who are progressing to a Brunel course from an BPC course.
• Applicants holding an offer to study by Distance Learning.
• Applicants holding offers to study on a part-time programme.
• Students who have previously studied with Brunel University London or those that have been in receipt of a Brunel International Scholarship previously, either as part of current or earlier studies are not eligible.

Our contract is GLOBAL but not Gujarat in India.
Target for the academic year 2022/23 is 5 students. No applications are to be submitted from students based in Gujarat. Students enquiring from Gujarat should be advised to contact Study Wise International.
The Global MBA is for freshers, no work experience required.
A lot of PG Technology and Engineering courses come with an optional paid placement of 12 months. This is not mentioned in the CAS letter. There is a placement fee of £750.
For UG students there should not be a gap of more than 2 years after 12th
For PG students there should not be a gap of more than 5 years after degree.
All students will have a credibility interview. Before having a credibility interview students must pay the £4000 deposit, then they have the credibility interview. After clearing the interview they must pay 50% of the remainder of the fee at enrolment. There is no fee discount for full prepayment.

ENGLISH WAIVER
- Standard English language waiver of Standard 12 at 65% (2014 or after) across all boards except Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh regions. We no longer accept MOI as English waiver.
- Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh must take IELTS only including Uttarakhand on case-to-case basis.
- DMU Academic Test of English (DATE)- DMU has its own English exam for all international students with conditional offers.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Course
- Minimum 65% average in the best 4 subjects.
- 2 years education gap
Masters Course
- Minimum 55% over in bachelor's degree
- Acceptable 5 years education gap (Enhanced SOP Required - Format attached) . A gap of more than 5 years will be assessed through stringent credibility interviews.
FEE PAYMENT
Deposit required for Credibility Interview would be £4000 and minimum 50% for CAS

• A duly filled digital application form.• All the fields, even the ones with criminal convictions and other minor details, need to be marked.
• No signature is needed on the form, only the name of the student and the date suffice.
• Name and details as per passport.
• Agent details need to be put in on the form with the correct email id and contact details.

However the application must be complete with all the necessary information for a decision to be made. MEETING WITH ANNAPUSHPAM ON 19 JANUARY 23
Please note the following points mentioned by Annapushpam during a zoom meeting on 19 January 23
- Turnaround time for fully completed applications is 3 days!
- A gap of up to 10 years can be considered for PG students but remember to get them to complete an SOP following the “enhanced SOP guidelines” a copy of which is in the client database
- If there is a gap of over 10 years do not submit an application to DMU
- If a student needs proof of the cost of living to assist with their application for an education loan Annapushpam can send them a “Living Expense Letter”
- There will be credibility training for Counsellors who have students who have accepted offers and paid their deposit prior to the Credibility Interview. This cannot be recorded so you MUST attend.
- There are generous fee discount scholarships for students of £1000 - £3000. The amount awarded will depend on the date they pay their deposit and increases if they pay the full tuition fee. - If you have a UG student who has applied through UCAS for 5 universities they can still submit a 6th application to DMU. The University has confirmed they are happy with this and would prefer a direct application. Remember not all universities will allow this.

Please complete the DMU internaitonal applicaiton form (attached) along with the consent for agent representation and send to ssafrica@dmu.ac.uk along with ALL supporting documents.

All other applications have to be sent to the University in the UK for decision making so will take longer.
- Commission(%): 12.5% - 20%

1 - 9 students = 12.5%
10 - 14 students = 15% for all students
15 - 19 students = 17.5% for all students
> 20 students = 20% for all students
Please use 12.5% commission when entering your student. UK office will advise if we have crossed to a higher commission tier.
VAT cannot be added to the commission amount and must be deducted from total.
Commission becomes payable by DMU when the student has paid 50% of the first year's tuition fee either in full or via the University's phased payments.
C2C has to provide an invoice to the University within 60 days of the end of the University's student enrolment period.
Payment will be made no later than the end of the period of 30 days from the date on which the relevant invoice is regarded by the University as valid and undisputed.
